It is important that the application form be filled in accurately and completely and submitted with the required supplementary material. Applications may be submitted by email, fax or mail once completed. All instructions for application are included in the application form as well as on our website. Interview (If Necessary)

* Only original or validated documents are accepted with the application. Scores lower than admission requirements may be considered for conditional admissions under special circumstances. In such cases, students may be required to attend an interview and a conditional offer might be granted based on the result of the interview.
